Dimensional inspection
OD, bore, thickness, facing, and bolt circle are checked against the named standard or drawing.
Manufacturing and inspection
Forging through packing, with dimensional inspection, PMI, UT, MT, hardness, and material traceability available on the order.
The sequence below is the usual industrial path. Inspection scope follows the purchase order or drawing.
01
Carbon, stainless, low-temperature, and alloy grades are forged to the ordered type and size.
02
Heat treatment follows the material grade and the specification on the RFQ.
03
Hubs, bores, facing, and overall dimensions are machined to the named standard or drawing.
04
Bolt circles, RF / FF / RTJ facing, and special drilling follow the class or buyer drawing.
05
Dimensional inspection, PMI, UT, MT, hardness, and material traceability are available with the order.
06
Steel stamping, export packing, and shipping documents are prepared for the destination market.
Dimensional inspection, PMI, UT, MT, hardness testing, and material traceability.
OD, bore, thickness, facing, and bolt circle are checked against the named standard or drawing.
Positive material identification is available when the grade must be confirmed before shipment.
UT is quoted when the specification or drawing requires volumetric inspection.
MT is available on carbon and alloy steel surfaces as listed on the RFQ.
Hardness follows the material grade and the inspection list on the purchase order.
Heat numbers and mill certificates travel with the lot. Extra reports follow the RFQ.
Buyer-nominated inspectors can attend when the purchase order names the agency and hold points. Do not treat this page as a certificate list.
